Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Representative based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The Retail Sales Representative will manage day-to-day sales activities, from engaging with customers in various settings to promoting and selling Leadway’s products and services. Responsibilities include understanding product offerings, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves offering guidance and detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Retail Sales and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales performance goals
- Thorough Product Knowledge to educate and assist customers on offerings
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create positive customer experiences
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Organizational and time-management skills to ensure effectiveness in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, or reporting tools is a plus
