Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Marne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting customers with product and service purchases, answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and coordinating with the shop team to ensure efficient service.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, availability, and service options.
- Help customers make informed purchasing decisions with confidence.
- Communicate store procedures, wait times, and service timelines clearly.
- Coordinate customer purchases and service needs with tire technicians and fellow team members.
- Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
- Process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor remains organized and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering tools, supplies, and materials as needed.
- Assist in the shop and pull tires when needed.
Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Retail, wholesale, distribution, or tire industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in shop or warehouse tasks when needed.
- Availability to work four weekdays from 7:30am–5:30pm with one rotating weekday off, plus Saturdays from 8:00am–12:00pm. During busy season, schedules may adjust to five weekdays in addition to Saturday hours based on business needs.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
