Position Summary
Gritology Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associates for full-time positions based in Columbus, OH. This position focuses on customer interaction, service support, and assisting with daily retail operations in an in-person environment.
Training is provided for all new hires.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and general support
- Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Support daily retail operations and team activities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions
Compensation & Schedule
- $14.00 – $19.00 per hour
- Full-time schedule
- Weekly pay
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation

- Retail experience
- Customer service experience
- Hospitality or other customer-facing roles
Work Environment
- In-person retail setting
- Position may involve standing for extended periods
- Initial onboarding and training provided
