Job Summary: Growth Empire Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agents are responsible for helping each customer find the appropriate solution for their situation.

• Queries to identify quality and close new business opportunities.

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification or equivalent NQR Level 4.

• Strong communication with a willingness to to learn and grow.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
