We’re Hiring: Regional Retail Manager (Tailor Me / Flux Bespoke Tailor)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to lead and support our stores across Johannesburg, including areas like Randburg, Johannesburg South, and Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple branches
- Manage and mentor sales staff to drive performance
- Ensure all stores open on time and run smoothly
- Travel between branches regularly, managing stock, staff, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales, train staff, and report on performance to top management
- Must have own reliable transport (petrol allowance negotiable)
- Work flexibility across weekdays; Saturdays required, with Sundays off
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management and multi-store oversight
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Passion for training and developing teams
