Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of MDA Property System – essential

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to draft and review lease documentation accurately
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, capture, and maintain lease documentation and tenant information

Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and amendments

Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease data on MDA

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal departments
