Summary
We are seeking an experienced detail- oriented cleaner, Part Time or Full Time (28-40 Hours per week) to maintain the cleanliness and appearance at McGinn’s PistachioLand. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring a spotless and inviting environment for our customers and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment with a focus on floors. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, surface cleaning, window cleaning, etc. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all of our guest. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and common spaces.
- Perform once weekly/ monthly deep cleaning rotations.
Requirements
- Previous EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES are REQUIRED in janitorial or a related field in a retail store environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing for extended periods.
- Able to mop large floor spaces.
- Adhere to safety protocals, by use of wet floor signs, keeping spaces blocked off to avoid injuries, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning solutions and cleaning equipment is a must.
- Must be able to read and comprehend cleaning solution directions on how to use properly
- Positive attitude and able to work independantly.
- Works 5 days a week, with shifts starting at 7am, include working full weekends.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
