JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Administrator to support the operational and administrative functions of our Vodacom retail store. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store administration, accurate reporting, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily administrative operations of the retail store
· Capture and maintain accurate sales and customer records
· Assist with stock management, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
· Process customer documentation for activations, upgrades, and contracts
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
· Maintain organized filing systems and store documentation
· Ensure compliance with company policies and Vodacom operational procedures
· Provide administrative support to the store management and sales team
Minimum Requirements
· Grade 12 / Matric certificate
· 1–2 years’ experience in a retail administration or office administration role
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word)
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
· Vodacom MII, C3D, VPP Systems experience
· Proficient in Excel and able to filter and data sort information, (compulsory).
Nelson Mandela Square is a prime dining location so we trade until 7:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 9am to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays and public holidays – 9am to 6pm
Package
Basic plus incentive after probation
Salary is negotiable as per experience

Job Type: Contract
Pay: R8 500,00 – R9 000,00 per month

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
