Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that all patrons feel welcome and valued. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating memorable moments for our guests.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Fill water, tea, and sodas, bus tables, remove items from tables.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, serving areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in bussing tables to ensure a clean and organized dining space for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest services skills.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, making adjustments as necessary to enhance their experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in a nightclub or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in food service settings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification (Preferred)
