An established upmarket restaurant in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced and service‑driven Restaurant Manager to join their team. Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (beneficial)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hospitality management role
- Previous experience within an upmarket restaurant environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Experience working with restaurant management systems and POS systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Good understanding of restaurant financial controls and cost management
- Ability to train and motivate staff effectively
Professional, well‑presented, and service‑oriented
- Ability to work flexible hospitality hours
- Stellenbosch residents preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensuring excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Managing and supervising restaurant staff
- Assisting with staff training and performance management
- Maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
- Handling guest queries and resolving complaints professionally

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 per month
