A well established Caf is looking for a Restaurant Manager who doesn’t just run a shift they run the show.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team that actually wants to come to work
- Turning “we’re slammed” into “we’ve got this”
- Keeping guests happy, staff motivated, and the kitchen and front-of-house in sync
- Managing budgets, schedules, and inventory without losing your sense of humor
- Being the calm in the storm when the POS goes down at 7pm on a Saturday
