Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team
- Ensure high service and presentation standards
- Manage guest relations and resolve complaints
- Oversee stock control and POS operations
- Coordinate with the kitchen team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
