Established Restaurant and Farmstall on a Wine Estate in Rawsonville is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managerial role. Great opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.
Must be well-spoken and fluent in English & Afrikaans.
Looking for energetic and trustworthy individual. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Goal-driven and energetic personality. Reliable and committed. Detail orientated, focused, calm and able to perform under pressure.
Able to co-ordinate a busy service.
Experience with staff training.
Must have own transport and live in Rawsonville and surrounds or willing to relocate.
Must be able to provide us with contactable references.
Computer literate: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Previous experience with using POS.
Stock control.
Available to work weekends & public holidays.
Basic knowledge of rostering and staffing.
