We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and strong shift execution
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle scheduling, labor management, and payroll awareness
- Use Toast POS systems for reporting and cash handling
- Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous staff development
- Work closely with kitchen leadership on food execution and consistency
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a great experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
- Experience with POS (Toast)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and retain strong teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and labor management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Catering or banquet experience is a plus
