We a family-friendly, fast-paced seafood dining establishment dedicated to providing exceptional service and a memorable guest experience. We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and outgoing Hostess to join our front-of-house team.
Job Summary:
As a Hostess, you will be the first and last impression of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to greet guests warmly, manage reservations and waitlists, and ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate seating flow with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized front entrance and host stand
- Assist with special requests and accommodate guest needs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- SA ID & own transport
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
