- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and execution of standards
- • Monitor performance across locations and implement corrective action plans
- • Stay updated on industry trends to drive operational improvements
Standards & Compliance
• Conduct routine restaurant inspections to ensure operational excellence
• Liaise with internal audit teams and address any issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
Financial & Reporting
• Monitor P&Ls, budgets, and restaurant profitability
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement solutions
• Conduct variance and waste analysis; provide strategic guidance to GMs
Leadership & Team Development
• Provide coaching, guidance, and direction to restaurant management teams
• Support employee engagement, morale, and succession planning
• Manage labour efficiently to meet service standards and cost targets
Monthly & Routine Tasks
• Conduct audits, maintenance walkthroughs, and monthly employee meetings
• Review waste, P&L projections, and financial performance per location
• Lead weekly GM meetings to discuss results, opportunities, and challenges
