Job Summary
Refresh Home Service is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician in the Framingham area. We are a growing home services company looking for a hard-working, reliable individual to join our team.
Your job is simple — show up and clean windows to a high standard. We handle all the scheduling and sales. You just execute the work.
Pay: 25% commission on all completed jobs with a $150/day minimum guarantee no matter what. Strong performers are making $250–$500/day.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8–10 hours/day
What you’ll do:
- Clean interior and exterior windows on residential properties
- Operate water-fed pole systems and hand tools (training provided)
- Represent the company professionally at every job site
- Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable transportation (SUV, truck, or hatchback required)
- Must have a vehicle capable of transporting equipment to job sites daily
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- No experience needed — we will train the right person
- Background check required prior to starting
