What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential Sales Agent, you will:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of residential properties.
- Prospect for new clients and listing opportunities.
- Conduct market appraisals and property viewings.
- Advise buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- NQF Level 4 in Real Estate.
- A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
- Previous experience in residential property sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A professional, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
