Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned duties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Perform site preparation activities such as concrete forming, masonry work, and excavation.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and flooring to meet project specifications.
- Conduct basic construction inspection tasks to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Support heavy equipment operation and material fabrication as needed for different phases of construction projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is highly valued.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and responsibly.
- Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, plastering, and tile laying is a plus.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is desirable but not required.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the day.
