Our client is currently recruiting for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reservations, Sales, Bookings & Client Liaison Coordinator for a dynamic and fast-paced environment based in Pretoria East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings and reservations, coordinating schedules, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role also includes sales and sales administration responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Relevant qualification in administration, customer service, or coordination will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
    • Sales
    • Reservations or bookings
    • Administration
    • Client liaison or customer service
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Afrikaans and English speaking advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all bookings, reservations, and scheduling arrangements
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and queries
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate booking and client records
  • Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, changes, and feedback
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle client complaints and queries efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with general administration and office coordination
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and booking summaries
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Assist with sales and sales administration duties
