, is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Minimum requirements:

  • Matric Required
  • Excellent Afrikaans and English Skills both Verbal and Written
  • Proven 2-5 Years Hospitality Industry experience
  • Skiled with Reservation Management
  • Expereince with Revenue Optimization
  • Guest Service Orientated
  • Proven hotel booking system knowledge (Hotsoft would be preferential)
  • Group Booking Experience
  • Revenue Management
  • OTA Knowledge
  • Problem-solving ability anf high attention to detail
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Sales & upselling techniques
