Job Description
Location: Africa (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research specific to the CFD brokerage domain, analyzing trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes relevant to our operations.
- Gather, clean, and interpret financial data from diverse sources to generate actionable insights for trading strategies and risk management.
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings, tailored for internal stakeholders including traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (when assigned) to support new product development, such as 的 evaluating viability of new CFD instruments or pricing models
- Proactively monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with local and international financial laws, particularly as they relate to our brokerage services.
- Achieve Core Revenue Drivers with Education led efforts- contributing to Net and Traded Volume
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in market research within the CFD brokerage industry, with proven expertise in trend analysis, competitor intelligence, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in generating actionable insights for trading strategies and risk management, with experience presenting complex findings to traders and portfolio managers.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct in-depth research on CFD markets, including evaluating new product viability and pricing models.
- Exceptional written communication to prepare detailed, stakeholder-tailored reports (traders, compliance teams, portfolio managers).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on new product development initiatives, such as evaluating CFD instruments.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations relevant to CFD brokerage services.
- Proactive monitoring of regulatory changes with the ability to provide actionable compliance recommendations
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
