Responsibilities
- Perform residential roof repairs and maintenance
- Complete siding repairs and replacement work
- Repair and install gutters and related components
- Operate a siding brake proficiently
- Troubleshoot exterior home issues and provide repair solutions
- Complete punch-list items and final job completion tasks
- Safely work on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
- Experience with roofing, siding, and exterior repairs
- Proficient with a siding brake
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Trustworthy and professional when interacting with customers
