The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Managing the Rendering Plant, Effluent Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Boiler plant;
- Overseeing the production and maintenance of the above plants;
- Ensuring that the above-mentioned plants are well maintained and comply to all legislation required;
- Ensuring continuous production in the Rendering plant with excellent quality meal produced within the required standards set;
- Ensuring that the effluent water comply at all times to the municipal standards;
- Understanding of ISO standards and OHSACT (No. 85, 1993).
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Matric;
- Minimum NQF 5 or National Diploma, or studying towards;
- Be in possession of a trade certificate as a Fitter / Electrician / Millwright;
- Must be computer literate;
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Artisan;
- At least 5 years management experience in an operation supervisory role;
- Waste water treatment experience is essential;
- Good management, communication and inter-personal skills;
- It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 Keys;
- Experience in the FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
