The Role:
As a Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility is to build, run, and continuously improve our Candidate Attraction System.
- Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Send personalised Loom & LinkedIn videos, follow ups, nurture relationships, and schedule calls for recruiters.
- Sourcing: Find and engage candidates via LinkedIn, Recruiterflow, and market lists; maintain organised pipelines.
- Automation & Systems: Set up and manage automated outreach flows; optimise processes using tools and simple automations.
- Brand & Social Media: Support LinkedIn/social strategy and help build authentic, consistent brand visibility.
- Strategy & Growth: Streamline outreach, improve workflows, monitor results, and contribute ideas to optimize systems and candidate experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Circa 0 – 2 years (or recent graduate) with full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Comfortable being on camera and engaging confidently with people
- Curious, self-motivated, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to development
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including professionalism, accountability, and consistent follow-through
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided
What You’ll Get
- Base salary: ZAR 18,000 per month
- Uncapped commission
