ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Remote Sales Consultant, based in the country of Zimbabwe. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, providing accurate product recommendations, and delivering effective sales consultations. The consultant will cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team are also integral to the role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical Chemistry or equivalent
- Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales roles within the analytical instrumentation or related industries is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely in the country of Zimbabwe and travelling as and when necessary
