Job Overview
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team remotely from South Africa.
This role involves speaking with property owners in the United States, building rapport, and helping them explore cash sale options for their homes.
If you have strong English communication skills, sales experience, and enjoy working from home in a performance-driven environment, this opportunity offers stable hourly pay plus strong commission potential.
Compensation
- $5 USD per hour
- $400 USD commission for every closed deal
- Weekly Pay
- Weekly Bonus
- 35–45 hours per week
- Fully remote (work from home)
Top performers can earn significant monthly commissions in addition to hourly pay.
Responsibilities
- Speak with U.S. property owners by phone and follow up with leads
- Build rapport and understand homeowners’ situations
- Present cash offer opportunities for their property
- Manage leads and conversations in our CRM system
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers
- Work closely with our acquisitions team to close deals
- Maintain professional communication in fluent English
Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- At least 1 year of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work 35–45 hours per week remotely
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions
- Experience using CRM systems or dialing software
- Cold calling or inside sales experience
