We are seeking a high-stakes Community Experience Manager to take ownership of our professional member journey. This is a "Higher Bar" role designed for a proactive leader who thrives on building deep relationships while maintaining a rigorous operational engine. You will be the face of our 100+ member community, ensuring every individual feels seen, supported, and successful from day one.
Responsibilities
1. Member Experience Ownership (40%)
The First 24 Hours: Conduct personal welcome calls for every new member within 24 hours of signup to set the tone for excellence.
Onboarding Mastery: Execute a comprehensive 90-day onboarding journey to ensure members are fully integrated and finding value.
Quarterly 1-on-1s: Meet individually with every member every quarter to track goals and satisfaction.
White-Glove Support: Take full ownership of all member inquiries, complaints, and high-level issue resolution.
2. Community Building & Moderation (25%)
Platform Oversight: Provide oversight and moderation of the online community platform.
Engagement & Curation: Facilitate daily discussions and curate high-value resources to keep the community active.
Events & Networking: Coordinate virtual networking events and manage the community resource library.
3. Operations & Technical Management (20%)
Platform Administration: Manage the backend of the community platform (user access, permissions, and automations).
CRM & Logistics: Maintain the member database, handle all scheduling, and ensure session follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for any technical hurdles members face.
4. Business Development (15%)
Growth & Referrals: Manage the member referral program to expand our reach.
Success Stories: Identify "wins," collect testimonials, and develop member case studies.
Strategy: Provide data-backed recommendations for program enhancements to drive retention.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years managing professional communities of 100+ members.
- Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in community platforms and CRM systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Property Management or Real Estate is highly preferred.
- Proven Results: A track record of high retention rates and member satisfaction scores.
- Communication: Exceptional phone presence; ability to handle high-touch, "human" interactions with professional polish.
