We are hiring a Remote Client Experience & Executive Assistant for a premium salon and specialist hair clinic in the Luxury Beauty & Wellness industry. This is a part-time remote role for a London based company. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a premium communication style, strong sales awareness, and experience in luxury service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Booking: Manage bookings via SalonIQ, handle WhatsApp and email enquiries, and guide clients toward the correct services and appointments.
  • Diary Optimization: Drive rebookings, support consultation scheduling for the hair & scalp clinic, and recommend services and treatments confidently.
  • Sales-Led Booking: Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments, encourage upgrades (treatments, services, consultations), and ensure no missed leads.
  • Executive / CEO Support: Provide light diary support for the CEO, assist with organization and follow-ups, and maintain structure across inboxes and client flow.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a salon, clinic, or luxury service reception role.
  • Strong sales awareness with a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (high standard essential) with a calm, premium tone.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with client-facing communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically using SalonIQ software.
  • Experience supporting high-level executives or business owners in a boutique environment.

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time position; 20 hours per week in the BST time zone.
  • This is a fully remote job for a London, UK based company.
  • Pay ranges from R7 100 – R8 500, depending on experience and skill.
  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO.

System Requirements

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.
  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.
  • 8 GB of RAM or higher.
  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer.
  • HD 720p webcam.
  • Headset with a microphone.
