Summary:
We are looking for a Remote Candidate Outreach Specialist to support recruitment efforts by connecting with potential applicants, conducting initial communication, and helping manage candidate pipelines for remote job opportunities.
In this role, you will engage with candidates daily through phone calls and virtual communication channels while supporting recruitment teams with outreach and coordination activities. This position is ideal for professionals seeking growth within recruiting, staffing, customer engagement, or talent acquisition operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach and recruitment calls daily.
- Communicate available job opportunities and hiring information to applicants.
- Perform initial qualification checks and screening activities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling for qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and outreach updates within internal systems.
- Follow recruitment communication standards and outreach workflows.
- Track candidate responses and recruitment pipeline activity.
- Ensure timely follow-up communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment teams with administrative coordination tasks.
- Complete additional recruiting support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound communication.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet, electricity, computer, and mobile phone required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer support, call center operations, or HR support preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
