We are hiring a Remote Candidate Calling Specialist to support recruitment outreach and candidate communication efforts for growing remote hiring operations. This role focuses on contacting applicants, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining organized hiring pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding open job opportunities.
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate communication skills and qualifications.
- Provide candidates with hiring process details and interview information.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment follow-up activities.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions within CRM and ATS systems.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and professional communication.
- Follow recruitment workflows, outreach targets, and communication standards.
- Assist recruitment teams with pipeline management and coordination tasks.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Perform additional administrative and recruiting support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of phone-based candidate communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently within a remote setup.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity, and mobile device required.
- Previous experience in call center operations, customer support, recruiting, sales, or HR coordination preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is a plus.
