Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (UK Time), Monday – Friday
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant / Cold Caller to join a growing recruitment agency that specialises in the UK market.
This is a fully remote position for a driven outbound sales professional who is comfortable making a high volume of B2B calls and generating new client opportunities for our recruitment consultants.
You will be responsible for introducing our recruitment services to businesses across the Financial, Legal, and Childcare sectors in the UK.
This role is best suited to someone with strong cold calling experience and an understanding of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ B2B cold calls per day to UK businesses
- Introduce and sell recruitment services to hiring managers and decision makers
- Identify companies that are currently hiring and generate job opportunities for recruiters
- Source and research new leads and target companies
- Send follow-up emails and maintain communication with prospects
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn outreach
- Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Work towards weekly KPIs and sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven B2B cold calling experience selling into the UK market
- Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Highly motivated with a resilient, results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry is highly advantageous
- Experience selling services to UK businesses
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
Trial Period
Candidates will be required to complete a 1-week unpaid trial (Monday to Friday) to assess suitability for the role. This will allow both parties to evaluate performance, communication, and overall fit for the position.
