In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, engaging directly with key decision-makers to spark interest and schedule high-value discovery calls. This is a high-volume outbound position designed for a professional who thrives on the hunt and understands that consistency is the key to unlocking massive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound activity, maintaining a pace of 100+ calls per day
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive team
- Effectively navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers within target organizations
- Manage a persistent follow-up cadence via phone and email to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain clean and accurate records of all activity and lead intelligence within the CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes (100+ daily dials) consistently
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence
- Strong "resilience muscle" and the ability to handle objections with poise
- A dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
- Experience using modern sales engagement platforms and CRM tools
- Background in technology or professional services sales
