Remarketing Coordinator Jobs in Mesa, AZ at DriveTime
In short, as the Remarketing Coordinator, you will work with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles.
In long, you will:
- Accurately track vehicles through the auction process.
- Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels.
- Monitor movement and ensure that all vehicles are secured at auction.
- Work with state DMVs to obtain a transferrable vehicle title.
- Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.
- Interdepartmental communication
- Perform other related duties as assigned

The Specifics.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 6:30am-3:30pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
- 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry; financial services, auction or logistics experience preferred.
