Role Description
This full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role is based in Ikorodu. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and building strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and promoting company products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Other tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining client portfolios, and providing top-notch customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster and maintain professional client connections
- Strong understanding of Finance and a solid background in financial principles and products
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales, including the ability to achieve targets and develop strategies for growth
- Proactive and results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
