Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Nigeria. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting clients with financial solutions, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to meet client needs and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices to support clients with financial solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and foster satisfaction.
  • Proven Sales abilities, including upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, sales, or a related domain is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based and customer-focused environment.
