Job Requirements:
- Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreement to ensure client acquisitions, retention and satisfaction
- Record all interactions with clients on the workflow system
- Engage with clients in a client centric manner
- Maintain a broad product knowledge in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer enquiries in a competent and professional manner
- Meet operational targets
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Business Acumen.
- Able to communicate fluently in English, Afrikaans Zulu or isiXhosa
- At least 3 – 5 years related financial services or legal experience.
- At least 5 years customer care related experience.
- PC Literate with strong focus on ExcelNecessary Skills & Attributes:
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration.
- Ability to analyse information and deal with complex queries
- Able to make decisions, initiate action and deliver results.
- Ability to work without supervision meet tight deadlines per time frames.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and at least one other official language.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- The ability to deal with difficult customers
- The willingness and capacity to simultaneously accept and adapt to change, as well as remain effective and task focused in a fast paced and constantly changing workplace environment.
- Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
