Shift: Full Time 7a to 3p Monday through Friday, on call responsibilities.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our patients, providing guidance and support to our nursing staff, and ensuring that our company’s high standards of care are met.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards

• Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and other nursing staff

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and ensure that standards are met

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
