Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor
Shift: Full-Time (Weekend Shifts, 2-3 Shifts Per Week)
Location: Birch Healthcare Center, Rochester, NH
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and manage nursing interventions for residents.
- Oversee and supervise the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of care with physicians, families, and staff.
- Support and educate patients and their families on health management.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire RN license.
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
