Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building strong client relationships in the FMCG sector? McCain Foods South Africa is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Food Service team across the Inland Region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to maximize revenue, volume, net sales value, and gross profit within the assigned geography
  • Manage and develop distributor and operator relationships to achieve growth objectives, including the optimization of route-to-market strategies
  • Set and manage sales targets, quotas, budgets, and P&L responsibilities for the region
  • Analyze sales statistics, forecast demand, and report regularly on sales performance and progress toward targets
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key customers by conducting regular visits and strategic business reviews
  • Implement tailored service solutions, innovation plans, and effective communication processes for distributors
  • Coach and support Area Sales Managers; drive talent engagement and development in your team
  • Actively participate in setting strategic objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial field
  • 10 years’ sales experience in a Food Service role within an FMCG environment, with a minimum of 3–5 years in management
  • Demonstrated experience in sales planning, forecasting, and team leadership
