Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region.
- Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
- Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience.
- Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable preferred.
- Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Power BI is a plus.
