This is an opportunity for an experienced, savvy marketer. As the Regional Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to intimately understand the PGP and Marketing strategies, Brand and Corporate Identity with the ability to translate those back into the region. This entails a very close working relationship with our Operations/Sales, with a view to empowering our agents with the necessary strategies and tools to offer a differentiated real estate service to our clients. To assess the scalability of national/brand marketing initiatives into the Gauteng Region, considering resources, cost and operational or systems required. The function also manages the regional marketing team and is accountable for delivery of all marketing briefs in the region. Being the brand ambassador and custodian of the brand in the Gauteng Region.
