SukaRide is Hiring: Regional Marketing Expansion Leads (Suka Drop – Delivery Services)
SukaRide is expanding its delivery operations through the Suka Drop feature, and we are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals to help grow our delivery network across Tanzania.
We are recruiting 11 Regional Marketing Expansion Leads who will work specifically on the Suka Drop delivery service under the SukaRide platform.
Open Positions
1. Dar es Salaam -3 Positions
2. Dodoma -3 Positions
3. Mwanza – 3 Positions
4. Arusha – 2 Positions
Role Focus (Suka Drop – Delivery Services)
• Recruit and onboard merchants to the Suka Drop platform.
• Expand and activate the delivery driver network.
• Increase customer adoption and completed delivery trips.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and institutions.
• Execute field marketing campaigns and community activations.
• Work closely with SukaRide management to achieve regional growth targets.
What We're Looking For
• Strong marketing, sales, or business development experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work with measurable KPIs and deliver results.
• Knowledge of the local business environment is an added advantage.
