Huawei is looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to support regional performance management and day-to-day business coordination.
This mid-level role sits at the intersection of operations support, project coordination and strategic execution.
You'll work closely with regional sales and business partner teams to track targets, coordinate special projects & ensure business strategies are effectively translated into on-the-ground execution across Southern Africa.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required!
DUTIES:
- Support regional sales and business partner (SP/BP) operations, assisting with performance target management and key business tasks
- Provide operational data and reporting to support decision-making and track strategy execution
- Manage daily operational support activities, including monitoring progress on regional key initiatives
- Coordinate and support the implementation of regional special projects and cross-functional tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through structured processes and reporting
REQUIRED:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination or operations support within a corporate or technology environment
- Experience supporting regional or multi-site business performance management
- Solid project management and coordination skills across multiple teams and workstreams
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in Mandarin AND English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
