Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ retail management experience, with at least 4 years in a multi-site role
- Proven track record in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Retail, or Sales Management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance and achievement of revenue, conversion, and margin targets
- Coach, mentor, and manage store managers and sales teams across multiple locations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational and merchandising standards are met
- Analyse performance data and implement action plans to address gaps
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and local campaigns
- Manage regional budgets and report on performance to senior leadership
