Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Create compelling job advertisements for different platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
- Prepare interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, hiring pipeline, and offer acceptance rate.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
