Are you passionate about recruitment and enjoy finding exceptional talent? We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is focused on sourcing and delivering quality candidates for a variety of professional positions.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment agency experience is essential.
• Proven experience interviewing, screening and sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in Placement Partner.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and confidence speaking with candidates and clients.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, driven and target-orientated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source high-quality candidates using various recruitment platforms and techniques.
• Screen CVs and conduct detailed telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Capture and maintain accurate candidate information on Placement Partner.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to meet placement targets.
• Produce professional candidate summaries and maintain recruitment records.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
