Help build the sourcing and delivery engine behind Hire Pals. You’ll gain direct access to experienced global talent acquisition leaders who have built teams at both tech start ups and corporates across the UK, Europe and Middle East. There will be a steep learning curve across sourcing, recruitment strategy, business development and startup operations. You’ll work on modern AI-enabled recruitment models and sourcing strategies, giving you exposure to international hiring projects across Europe and the Middle East. You'll get real responsibility from day one and the chance to help shape the business from an early stage. This means faster career growth and more ownership, autonomy and trust than most traditional recruitment environments. What you’ll do:
This isn’t a polished corporate recruitment job. There’s no huge talent team. No fancy office. No endless budget. No layers of management protecting you from pressure. It’s a small team building something different in recruitment. And honestly, some days will be chaotic. But if we get this right, you’ll help build a modern recruitment business from almost day one and be part of the reason it exists in five years.
You’ll be responsible for helping power delivery across our projects through:
- Market mapping
- Talent research
- LinkedIn sourcing
- Building outreach campaigns
- Finding niche talent before anyone else
- Supporting senior recruiters on live searches
- Creating talent pipelines across tech and infrastructure
What you’ll need:
- Strong written communication skills and confident using LinkedIn, Google, and online research tools to find information and talent
- Commercial mindset with genuine interest in business, talent, startups and growth
- Interest in modern recruitment models, AI, automation and how talent acquisition is evolving
- You'll learn directly from experienced global talent leaders and gradually take on more ownership over delivery projects. You'll be trusted early and pushed outside your comfort zone quite a lot.
