DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Below are some of the key areas in which the Recruitment officer will be required to assist the HR manager/Practitioner to ensure compliance and the smooth operation of the company.
Recruitment:
- Ensure that suitable candidates are sourced and appointed within given time frame and according to legislative requirements
- Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions/specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Ensure reference checks are conducted for all new appointments.
- Source bursary applicants annually.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-3 Years work experience
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labour relations or other relevant degrees.
