The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping businesses secure top talent while building and managing your own specialist market. This is a career that combines sales, relationship management, consulting, and business development into one rewarding profession. Key Responsibilities – Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients. – Identify business opportunities within your specialist market. – Source, engage, and interview high-calibre professionals. – Provide strategic talent solutions to clients. – Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to successful placement. – Negotiate offers and facilitate successful outcomes for both clients and candidates. – Build a strong professional network within your industry sector. – Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
